Terms of Use

Agreement

These terms apply to the Monly app and to monlybudget.app. By using Monly you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Monly on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly allows it.

Subscriptions and billing

Optional paid features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple to your Apple Account. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. You can cancel any time in your Apple Account settings; refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Shared wallets and your content

You are responsible for the data you add to a wallet and for whom you invite. Only invite people you trust with that wallet's contents. Wallet owners control membership and roles. Do not use shared wallets to store unlawful content or other people's personal data without their permission.

Not financial advice

Monly is a budgeting tool, not financial advice. Scores, plans, insights and answers in the app are for information only. Financial decisions are yours, and you should verify any figure before relying on it.

No warranty

Monly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Monly. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You can stop using Monly at any time by deleting the app and, if you created one, your account. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms will be governed by the law of the developer's place of establishment. The specific jurisdiction will be stated here before the app becomes publicly available.
